Description: Adelaide Five Pound 1852 plain edge type. Weight of 23.78g and 32mm (with the original gold issue being 43.95g). Appears to be an electoytype or gold plated restrike over copper (possibly from original dies by the RAM circa 1970's?). Significant die cracks across Obverse, with pitting/stippling from rusted dies. Very rare and interesting as such.   gVF

Description: Kookaburra Pattern Bronze Penny N/D Elizabeth II. Originally purported to be as exhibited in the Melbourne Mint Museum and the Royal Australian Mint Collection, and one of three known in private hands. Research has shown that this coin is almost certainly a high quality copy made by famous forger David Gee in the 1960s to 1970s. Struck in bronze 17mm. Ex IAG Sale 81 March 2015 (lot 509) and with original tag and guarantees as previously sold prior to that for $150,000. Rare as such and an interesting and important piece of Numismatic history.   aUNC
