Description: 2001. Struck on a bi-metallic planchet (10.7g), likely an Iranian 250 Rials. PCGS graded MS 63 (39138561). Light tone with bright bloom. Referenced in an article in the September 2017 Edition (pg 10) of the Australasian Coin and Banknote Magazine. Possibly the most stunning Decimal coin error, believed to be only two examples known, with this easily the best in terms of grade.   Ch.UNC
