| Description: 1914 Collins-Allen Emergency Issue Superscribe WW I. Issued on an English, Scottish and Australian Bank Ltd One Pound Adelaide 1-9-1894. (R 19L). A few pinholes, some larger holes, edge tears and LH corner missing with a stain at bottom right, but good colour for the condition. Ex Nobles July 2000 Sale 64 (Lot 3571). Extremely rare, and one of only three notes known of this type with B-B serial letters. VG |
