NGC graded as Almost Uncirculated Details, Cleaned (690880-005). Although designated as cleaned by NGC, the coin does not appear cleaned. A nice clear but flat portrait, otherwise even devices and a very rare type as well as variety of the Declaration Unites without an initial mark. Catalogues at 17,500 Pounds in VF. gVF/aEF |
