| Description: 1910 Collins-Allen emergency superscribe issue on a National Bank of Australasia Ten Pound, Perth WA 2-2-1903 (R S 52). By Bradbury, Wilkinson and Co Engravers London, No B 087420. Large tear and edge damage/missing on LH side, with additional paper glued to back to replace and repair along tear in two places and edge. Pinhole and some old tone but still with good colour and body. Ex Spinks Sale 3 March 1982 (lot 532 -prior to restoration). Unique with only one listed in Renniks. VG |
